Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer, separate ISP, and unique payout information to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your username and password, then click cancel. Accounts canceled by members are purged from our system after 30 days of inactivity. If you cancel by accident, or change your mind within 30 days of being active you may contact us and re-activate your account.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows Honey-Mail to send you email messages and advertisements. You may set your account to 'inbox only' to stop emails to your email address. In addition if you need to stop your emails temporarily you may set your account on vacation on your user info page. Vacation settings is limited to 30 days for free members. There is no vacation time limit for Upgraded members. Upgraded members may still use their monthly advertising while on vacation setting.

What is considered an 'active' member?
You must login to your account and click a paid link every 30 days to be considered active. Accounts not logged into for 30 days will no longer receive paid emails or earn from referrals. Accounts not logged into for 45 days can and will be deleted, and all revenue and downline forfeited. Paid Upgraded members who for unforeseen circumstances go inactive and are deleted may, upon their re-joining request their upgrade level be re-instated, without their former earnings or downline. Upgraded members who want to retain their membership without being active may set their account on vacation setting for an unlimited amount of time. They may still use their monthly advertising while on vacation however they will not earn from their downline, and must become/stay active to request payout. All accounts deleted for inactivity are recorded by username along with membership level and the last date active. Member's usernames posted as having been deleted inactive are in NO way considered cheaters, and they are welcome to re-join if they would like.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

Help! I cannot login to my account!?
If you attempt to login and you get a message that your account is suspended, check the 'members suspended/deleted' link on our front page. Enter your username and it will show the reason for your suspension. If the reason is for cheat link clicks, you will NOT be re-instated, there is no need to contact us. Accounts suspended for other terms infractions will note for you to contact us to clear up the problem. If you do not contact us your account will be deleted after 30 days. If you've attempted to login and your username/email address are not found, check the 'members suspended/deleted' link on our front page. Search for your username and if you've been deleted it will tell you why. If your username is not found, you might have canceled your own account by accident. Contact admin (bottom of this page.) If you've canceled by accident and it has been less than 30 days since you were successfully logged in your account may be able to be set back active.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all English speaking/reading/writing international members.

I've seen programs who say I can visit your advertisers using their software to 'visit' for me is this allowed? Can I use a web browser or software to complete 'search' advertising without my clicking?
Absolutely not! We have safeguards in place that software (bot) programs will trigger clicks on tracked links that cannot be seen on our site or in our paid emails. Occasionally our HTML will have an error, therefore all members are allowed 2 cheat clicks without penalty. Members with 3-9 Cheat Clicks are set to 'advertising only' and may not cash out. Members with 10 or more Cheat Clicks are Deleted. In addition members using browsers or software to 'auto search' on search portal advertising will be banned from clicking search ads, and could be deleted.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in Honey-Mail?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. Paid Emails range from .005c to 1c. Paid to click banners range from .001c to 1c. Emails and PTC Banners are also available with point values. Points may be exchanged for cash, the exchange rate depends on your membership level. We also have paid to signup offers, and manual surfing for cash or points. We have PTP for both free and Paid Upgrade Levels, however at least 20% of your balance must be through visiting our advertisers when you request payout. Additional earnings may be gained by our contests, or random awards!

What is "Onsite Cash" and how to I spend/redeem it?
Onsite Cash is awarded for various contests, and as a random activity award. It is to be spent through the advertising page. Rather than awarding specific advertising items for contests, you may use it for any advertising, upgrades or affiliate pages. Onsite Cash does not expire so you may 'save it up' toward the purchase you want.
You may use part of your onsite cash amount towards a purchase less than the amount you have in onsite cash or you may use it as a discounted amount for purchases greater then the amount of onsite cash you have, and pay only the difference through either payment processor. To use onsite cash for purchases, type in 'onsite cash' in the transaction box and the amount will be deducted from your Onsite Cash amount.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout of $5 (less for upgraded memberships.) If your personal earnings (everything except PTP earnings) are not at least 20% of your total requested the payout amount will be adjusted. If the adjustment causes your payout amount to fall under $1.00 your request will be deleted. Remaining funds (over 80% PTP Earnings) will remain on your account to be cashed out at a later date or spent to advertise.

How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.

When am I paid?
Payouts are made in the order requested, as site sales and affiliate funds are gained. Higher earning members (large downline, heavy promoter) who may have a large amount request may receive a lesser amount (never less than $1, at or over minimum payout if possible) in order to accommodate faster payouts for other members waiting. These members may request the remaining funds again immediately. Your account must remain active (clicked within the last 30 days,) must not be set on vacation over 30 days, and must not have more than 2 cheat links clicked or your request will be deleted.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via PayPal and by Check (to US Members Only.) In addition eGold, Gift Certificates, or other payment forms are sometimes offered (by admin message) members in que for payout receive first priority for any alternative payout methods offered.


Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to Honey-Mail on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 25% of their direct referral cash earnings. In addition members earn 25% of 5 levels of referrals point earnings (10%,8%,5%,1%,1%)

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.

I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find information on your different programs and costs?

I see you offer Search Portal advertising, What percentage af valid searches do you demand from your members?
We in no way demand our members click through from search portal advertising. It is however suggested if they have no interest in supporting our search portal advertisers that they either skip clicking that particular search portal ad, or un-check 'search ads' as a target interest. We do not track our members IP's for validating click through except for special contests. We will not share our members IP with advertisers for click-through verification. We do random overall click through percentage checks and adjust the member's reward offered for search advertising to reflect the overall click-through rate.

Do you have rules on what products/services/websites I can advertise?
Yes, In compliance with PayPal's guidelines we will not advertise: Randomizers, investment surf sites, MLM programs, matrix programs, online pharmacy or drug related sites, tobacco products or adult content. Also to protect our members and visitors we will not advertise sites containing malicious or auto-searching 0-iframes, sites who give virus warnings, sites who attempt to download anything, sites with a series of exit pop-ups. All sites are checked when ads are processed, however if they are reported to have unallowed content after processing ads will be suspended and may be deleted. We also may refuse advertising for obvious scam sites (links over $5.00/payout over $100) or sites running on unlicensed CC scripts (visit cashcrusader.info to confirm a sites license.)
